Build a kick from three layers, then glue them together. Golpe is for the kick that has to sit exactly right in your mix, from tight and punchy to long, booming 808-style subs.
About Golpe
Every kick is synthesized from three layers: a sine sub with its own pitch drop, a body layer for the punch and knock, and a short click so it cuts through on small speakers. A glue compressor then pulls them into one sound.
Tune the kick to your song's key, shape it with presets or Randomize, and compare two versions with A/B before you commit. Start with Golpe Free, which has the whole synth engine; Golpe Pro adds an FX chain and WAV export.

Three layers
- Sub: a sine fundamental from 25 to 100 Hz, with pitch sweep, hold, decay and drive
- Body: sine, triangle or saturated wave, start phase, tone filter and drive for the punch
- Click: noise, snap or tick, or load your own sample as the click layer
Glue and shape
- Glue compressor with threshold, ratio, knee, attack, release, makeup and parallel mix
- Output gain with a soft or hard clipper
- Six presets: House, Techno Thump, 808 Boom, Hard Punch, Tight Tech and Deep Sub
- Randomize with locks, and A/B compare
Tuning and MIDI
- Snap the tune to semitones or to your song's key and scale
- The note of every layer is shown as you tune
- Play it from MIDI, as a trigger or tuned to the note you play
- Velocity sensitivity you can set
Golpe Pro adds
- FX chain: transient shaper, distortion (tape, tube or crush), four-band EQ, room reverb and limiter
- WAV export: a one-shot or a 1, 2 or 4-bar loop
- In the browser version: per-step pitch for 808 basslines, MIDI export of your pattern, and a bass preview with sidechain
