Software license

This license covers the instruments sold or given away at Low Frequency Gallery (Golpe, Chasquido, Cuero, Polvo and Panal, in their plugin and browser versions), made by Shannon McDowell. By installing or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you may do
- Install on up to three computers that you own or use, for your own work.
- Use everything you make, royalty-free. Sounds, loops, one-shots, stems and music you create with the instruments are yours, including for commercial releases, sample packs you make from your own sounds, film, games and client work.
- Keep backup copies of your downloads.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, rent or give away the instruments themselves, or your license, to anyone else.
- Upload the plugin or browser files where others can download them.
- Present an instrument, or a modified copy of one, as your own product.
Free editions
Free editions, such as Golpe Free, follow the same terms, except that you may tell others where to download them from this site.
Refunds
Because the instruments are digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds are given, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. If something isn't working, please email admin@lowfrequencygallery.com and I'll do my best to fix it.
No warranty
The instruments are provided as they are, without a warranty of any kind. I test them carefully, but I can't promise they will work with every computer or DAW. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage from using them; my total responsibility is limited to the price you paid.
Ownership
The instruments remain the property of Shannon McDowell. You are buying a license to use them, not ownership of the software. The interfaces use fonts under the SIL Open Font License; their notices come with each download.
