System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- A DAW that hosts VST3 plugins (tested in Ableton Live)
- Microsoft Edge WebView2, which the plugins use to draw their interface. It's built into Windows 11 and installed on most Windows 10 computers; if a plugin window stays blank, install it free from Microsoft.
- The browser versions run in any current browser on Windows or Mac. Chrome or Edge is needed for MIDI controllers.
Installing a plugin
- Unzip your download.
- Copy the
.vst3file toC:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 - Open your DAW and rescan plugins. In Ableton Live: Settings, Plug-Ins, then Rescan.
- Put the instrument on a MIDI track. Notes follow the General MIDI drum map (C1 kick, D1 snare, F#1 closed hat), and you can change them with MIDI learn.
Questions
- Do the plugins work on a Mac?
- The VST3 plugins are Windows-only for now. Every purchase includes the browser version, which runs on a Mac in any current browser.
- How many computers can I install on?
- Up to three computers that you own or use. See the license.
- Can I use the sounds in my releases?
- Yes. Sounds you make with these instruments are yours to use in your own music, including commercial releases, with no royalties.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because these are digital downloads, sales are final. If something isn't working, email me first; I'd rather fix it for you. Try Golpe Free before you buy to make sure the plugins run on your system.
- Where do I download a purchase again?
- Purchases are delivered by Gumroad. Use the link in your receipt email, or your Gumroad library. If you can't find it, email me.
